Bug description: this is pizdec, idk agility or whatever scaling is wrong but wow. u can still see the dmg diffrence on dots nd shit is ridiculous said that he is lower ilvl than me.

If you think something is wrong with scaling that is causing feral damage to be lower than it should you need to be specific about what is wrong and bring good proof.
These two videos don't really show anything, and all you've said is you only do slightly more damage, there is many things that could cause that.
