Bug description:
When equipping the cloth legendairy [Celumbra, The Night's Dichotomy] It will trigger spells / effects on your own character.
Example my mage gets its own talent [Erosion] to stack on myself and a trinket effect meant for nemy monsters

I can confirm that indeed when you get the healing effect of Celumbra, you also receive various other effects, which shouldn't be applied on you. (In this case Erosion stacks on you on a Mage)

I'm pretty sure this is a proc system issue, but as this is an issue with a legendary will confirm it here.

Seems to only happen with the self heal part of the lego.
