Live rated arenas games spectator

Hi,in the new expansion it will be cool if you can bring old spectator npc,the one with live games,the you had in 7.3.5 was cool and was an intersting idea but the good old fashion live rated arenas spectator is still the best.Hopefully you will take this in consideration.Thanks in advance.
