Loot Priority in raids

So the rule is:

-Main char first off chars(alts) second
Everyone rolls on normal for what they need on normal raids.
On heroic each member in raid rols for 1 item/boss same Mains first alts second.

And who has Heroic Set items and want to roll for transmog items will happen only if no one needs them.

And Also who does pugs of any raids and Ninjas for someone else in the raid or for him/herself will get Kicked.
