Lost my items

Item Name & ID: Akirus the Worm-Breaker [Heroic] (item=65007), Icebone Hauberk (item=67143)

I have already wrote for you, beacuse my last topic has been removed. I know that I had these two items on my warrior (Noxium). On the other two character i had items that i bought in the auction house. I spent gold on them, so i worked hard for them. I've lost my bags too on my characters and also from my bank. I don't ask for items that i won't have. I don't know that why they had gone, it's fustratring for me. Other players have problems too not only me. They have lost their items in that way that i did.
