Low number of armor ilvl 800 for migrate set.

I wont to ask why item lvl 800 got that horrible low number of armor? like for shield is 861 armor when wotlk items hew almost 10k rmor shield item lvl 277 this is somthing broken because item in general data base wow eu show me for items 850 almost 30000 armor per item so shield need to be item lvl 800 like a 86100 no 861.....So will be great to change this stat because all items for now its just crap nothing more...

i dont tell about 30k in wotlk but item lvl 850...wotlk hew 7500k armor on shield -https://www.wowhead.com/item=165033/sinister-gladiators-shield-wall&bonus=5366:1922 this is link to shield item lvl 810+ and this shield got 79206 armor so....?

https://www.wowhead.com/item=132930/narthalas-breastplate item lvl 680 got more armor on chest like this 800 ilvl what i got on migrate char...i talking about this...so somthing is wrong with this armor stat`s on gear.
