MEGA won't let us download client - Quota Exceeded

Mega.nz is not free, and they offer very limited free daily transfer, which won't let us download client.
When you select the small, 35 MB Launcher, it stops in half.
When you create free account (while you wait), and the transfer resumes, it says Completed.
But The FILE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND on your local disk.

Please stop spamming MEGA and use some normal method for the client download.

P.S.: I was already in game when new virus (from somewhere else) broke my protection and killed my files.
I had to reinstall the whole operating system, now I'm trying to download the BfA client and MEGA WON'T LET ME DO IT.
