Bug description: When you use Blink or Shimmer in front of a ramp or a bunch of stairs you stay completelly in place, and thats a huge problem for mages to get pollymorphs or to kite. You should be able to blink/shimmer on stairs and ramps and still teleporting you 20 yards away from the place where you casted it, just like when you use the spell on flat ground. (sry my bad english
