[Mage][Arcane] - Alter Time VS Arcane Barrage / Arcane Charge

WoW Freakz spell link: Alter Time / Arcane Barrage / Arcane Charge

Bug description:
1. Arcane Charge stacks do not disappear immediately after launch Arcane Barrage .
2. Alter Time does not give back the stacks of arcane charge if they are "consumed" when you have between 0-1s buff alter time .

Proof:
1. proff - min 1:40
2. proff - 0.4 second buff alter time remaining / proff blizz - 0:50s

would appreciate a quick fix on alter time, cus it makes my arcane burst rather weak. twice as weak to be exact.

No alter time its problem , this is problem :

1. Arcane Charge stacks do not disappear immediately after launch Arcane Barrage .

you are mistaken. alter time is really bugged. arcane stacks are not given back when using alter time. u just lose em

when u have 4 stacks of arcane charges, use alter time, after 6 seconds it sets you back. you lose your arcane charges. so i am right, alter time is bugged.
