WoW Freakz spell link: Arcane Charge
Bug description: This debuff should be consumed when you CAST Arcane Barrage but right now it is being consumed when barrage reaches it's target and deals damage (a.k.a. on spell hit) which creates a massive bug for mana management when standing at or over a certain distance from the target or versus huge/tall targets like sha of anger.

Explanation of what actually happens:

If you stand over 30 yards away from your target and cast Arcane Blast immediately after using Arcane Barrage, the mana cost of Arcane Blast will be as if you had stacks of Arcane Charge (because your Arcane Barrage is still flying towards it's target and has not consumed your charges yet) but by the the time you finish casting Arcane Blast your Arcane Barrage will reach the target and Arcane Blast will deal damage as if you had no stacks.

Not exactly the same, this is a debuff not proc/buff, also that bug report is almost 4 months old and still not fixed. If they dont wanna do general fixes i'd like an individual fix then if it is easier/faster.

Its bad enough i cant play fire in pve, now arcane got rekt and broken uber hard from random bugs that appeared out of nowhere....i dont wanna play frost forever.
