Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Brain Freeze should consume Fingers of Frost if Fingers of Frost are available, profit from mastery and the shatter talent (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=12982 (wowhead link)) in this case . At the moment it doesn't. Also it's important that it shouldn't consume Fingers of Frost when the target is Frozen/ Deep Frozen.

Dovada / Proof:
It's The 4.0.6 tooltip.
It would be nice if this bug and the frostfire orb bugs would be fixed soon, mage pvp isn't the same with those -
