[FIXED] [Mage][Frost] Chilled Effect DR in PvP

Basically most of the slows in the game has a lame DR in PvP Mode! (ex: Rogue's Poison and etc.)
Same as mages:
[Frost] Chilled Effect (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=205708&name=chilled) has DR in PvP Mode (you can ezly test it with casting 3 frostbolts and the fourth snared will be immuned).
[Arcane] Slow (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=31589&name=slow) has DR too. (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Mage-Arcane-Slow-Diminishing-Returns-in-Instanced-PVP-t552097.html)

How did you start season 3 while there are so many major bugs like DR on Slows!
Literally you can't play PvP with Frost or Arcane!
Dafuq exactly? :/
Can you at least reset the ladder and stats after PvP fixes? you can't rank or climb like this!
