Bug description: In the moment when this activates Brain Freeze it is consumed Fingers of Frost by Frostfire Bolt.
Should be consumed only at Ice Lance or Deep Freeze.

The instant Frostfire Bolt from the Brain Freeze consumes the Fingers of Frost and it shouldnt.

Non-instant Frostfire Bolt (meaning there's no Brain Freeze buff on the player) does not consume it, so the bug must be influenced only by Brain Freeze.
