Sorry for the duplicate, i made this english version in order to (may) get this bug on Confirmed bugs.

Before that, my tests are made without items with any bonus procs (like trinnkets, weapon enchant etc.) for an accurate information.

In that table the collums "Ignite" and "Ignite with mastery" are those Ignites wich normaly we should have.
I have made the tests with different values of mastery and i saw that the damage procent of Ignite on Freakz it is aproximatively constant, so we can say that Mastery is working properly but Ignite don't. (initially i've considered that Mastery would be bugged too).
Attention: "Freakz ignite" collumn represents the sum of both thicks of ignite.

How the damage procent of Ignite on Freakz it is calculated?
-Simple, i don't know the procent damage of ignite so it is a X variable. The rest of informations are collected from tests and we just substitue the values in the final formula bellow.

Pure_Ignite = Spell_CRIT*X

Pure_Ignite + Pure_Ignite*Effective_Mastery = Ignite_DMG ==> Pure_Ignite*( 1 + Effective_Mastery ) = Ignite_DMG ==>

==> X = Ignite_DMG / Spell_CRIT*( 1 + Effective_Mastery ) (Final formula)

Where:
X = damage in procents ( % ) of Ignite on Freakz;
Ignite_DMG = dmg of ignite (sum of both thicks) on Freakz;
Spell_CRIT = dmg of those spell wich proc ignite;
Pure_Ignite = pure damage of ignite (without being modiffied by Mastery).
Mastery_Procent = those Mastery wich we can se on Character informations at "Spells" tab. Default is 8 (no mastery);
Effective_Mastery = Mastery_Procent*0.028 ( 2.8% bonus dmg to dot's, 2.8% = 0.028).

After we multiply X by 100, we get the Ignite damage on Freakz in procents ( % ).

If ignite would work properly, X should be 40% (0.4).


Proofs:
8% Mastery
->Spell_CRIT = 12958
->Spell_CRIT = 13002
->Spell_CRIT = 13109

10.32% Mastery
->Spell_CRIT = 16572
->Spell_CRIT = 16554
->Spell_CRIT = 8343

Summary



Please let me know if my theory and/or calculations are wrong.

Nici pe blizz nu da crit fratioare wtf is wrong with u guys, asa e da 23% inloc de 40%, dar nu trebuie si nu da crit.

OFF: Iaanah i don't know where do you see any ignite crit in this post? ignite doesn't crit here, and it definitely doesn't crit on blizz... it has 2 ticks wich summed has to make 40% of the crit that resulted with an ignite on the target... so please shut up if you don't know or if you don't read with attention...

ON: it is very well done, and demonstrated with precision... we will wait for the fix...

I came back with 1/3 and 2/3 Ignite.
If it is really necessary to post screenshots on those please let me know(it's a pain to link another 12 pictures).
