The clones are probably using the wrong Frostbolt spell (there are so many in the game), ill try to search somewhere maybe i can find the right one.

EDIT:

Hokay, so i looked up Mirror Image on wowhead, and searched for a creature, found only 1 so i'm assuming this is the actual npc created by mage Mirror Image. Next i checked it's frostbolt spell, and it should be using Frostbolt (wowhead link)

On freakz it appears they use the same spell (ID 59638) but it has different values than the one on wowhead. (details in spoiler)

So this frostbolt (59638) should be modified to have base damage of 1 and a spellpower coefficient of 47% (or 0.47). This probably needs to be tested first.
Would really help if some dev would point out exactly what spell is being used by the clones on this server, i may even be wrong about all the shit i wrote above.

The clone dmg is definitely bugged.
From the videos we can see that on retail clones did ~1100-1200 dmg per hit.
I dueled a mage yesterday and I noticed clones were doing ~5800-6000 dmg per hit.
That's a really big difference .. ~5 times more damage.

Judging by the videos, I would say a SP coefficient of 0.47 seems to be correct.
