At the exact moment he used MS @ 3:23 in the video he didn't have the MS debuff from the other arms warr on him .. he only had the trauma debuff.
Ysera's gift should also be affected by dampening and ... |

Update on the bug.
So the bleeds and poisons are only snapshotting stat procs like trinkets and concordance.
For dmg increasing abilities like Vendetta or Toxic blade they are working ok.

Yeah.. this is 100% bugged.
Did the tests on a dh with and without 50% talented blur reduction and the dmg was the same.
