Bug description: As tooltip says it should do 10% of TOTAL hp, even with dmg reductions on, only ability in the game with that effect, cause thats only one explictly saying total hp. Right now its affected by dmg reduction effects. As we can see on screenshot enemy rogue has 6.2m HP so cold blood should do 620k damage and its doing only 385k. It also should ignore versatility dmg reduction and its not right now as you can see on second screenshot, where it did 550k instead of 620k, which is 10% of total hp.

So with that logic you wanna say that every other single % based skill or talent woth total HP indicator should not be affected by any of the heal or dmg reduction effect? Interesting... Thinking

If this gets confirmed. I will make at least 10 more reports analogical to this one.

OP explains it very well. Cold Blood is the only ability with total HP wording. The others you mean have wording: maximum HP (affected by dmg reduction, dampening etc.).
Good catch OP. I can confirm it: watch in rly slow mo, as the warr drops about 10% HP when the 580k dmg shows up, warr is in deff stance

Ye seems so. I found some videos with people in wall and they still get 10%. The only time they had it reduced if they had an absorb placed.

8:58 - warlock with wall. He has ~5,980k life. 10% should have been 598k. However since he had an absorb from pet the damage was only 565,012

tixi there are other spells with total HP wording
for example thorns :

Sprout thorns for 12 seconds on the friendly target. When victim to melee attacks, thorns deals Nature damage equal to 5% of the attackers total health.

and Greater pyro :

Hurls an immense fiery boulder that causes 35% of the target's total health in Fire damage.

and Lawbringer

Increases the duration of your Judgment effect by 16 sec, and anytime you cast Judgment all enemies with your Judgment effect suffer 5% of their total health in Holy damage.

Deals 3% of the target's total health in Frost damage and reduces their movement speed by 0% for 4 seconds.

and there are probably others..
So all of them shouldn't be affected by defensives and versa?
I mean it kinda makes sense cause they can't be affected by offensive increases so it evens out..

Yeh i have found a video of greater pyro affected by defensives, which is ofcourse normal... As i said Cold Blood is only ability in the game with those properties... And i know what im talking about as usual...
