Maps not loading

[Ehwar]

I have a lag issue, everytime i fly or teleport somewhere else nothing beside the ground and houses appears, no npc, no nothing, and when i press M everything is black, i tried deleting cache and downloaded again the client. Check out the images and tell me how do i fix that. And when i go in a fly form there is just me swimming in the air
