Missing Herb Spawns

Bug description: There are less herbs spawned than retail actually shows.
Proof:

Those are total possible spawn locations @ wowhead. For example, from a pool of 800 herbs, only 90 are actually spawned. You may loot a plant and wait there 10 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours to respawn but it'll spawn somewhere else.

This is the same for ALL objects, creatures etc

I won't say topics like these are invalid but that's no solid proof.
