Edit: The mobs on the platform of the 3rd boss do drop items. So it's just the mobs before the 2nd boss.

This is where I was teleported after I was spinning around in one of those whirlwinds for a few seconds. My character appear to be running somewhere, back to where the raid is.




Update after I got back to the raid:
I fell into the boss' room again throug the ceiling kind of and then I saw he had like 30 stacks of haste (nice) and when I attacked him again (he was still engaged as a fight, so when you get teleported he doesn't reset), I got stuck in a whirlwind again Very fun, but you can kill him eventually (I guess).
Edit: yes, you can eventually kill him, but it takes a long time xD Not recommended to try if you are an impatient person.

I decided to go check Heart of Fear again for the 3rd boss after a friend told me he killed it only a few days ago.

Boss doesn't spawn when you kill all of the adds on the platform.







As you can see in the screenshots, the boss didn't spawn while the adds on the stairs were alive. However, after killing these 2 (only seems to be doable with a pet) the boss appeared. So the issue with the boss might be linked to them?

Garalon doens't appear to have loot though. And if you hit one of his legs, it's gonna keep you in combat for the rest of the dungeon I think. I'm at the final boss and still in combat since the 3rd boss.

The Trello card for Heart of Fear states that Wind Lord Mel'jarak can't be pulled for some reason. However, as you can see in the screenshot, he can be pulled. (I wanted to kill the adds and that seemed to aggro him too.)

Final boss is killable too. So the biggest issue with the raid is being unable to start the 3rd boss unless you are a class with a pet (like a warlocks, hunters, frost mages, unholy DKs? balance druids? shamans with their elementals?) and kill the mobs on the stairs. (I tried aoe with my demon hunter, but you can't hit them mobs through the gate.

Either way, if you pass the 3rd boss, the raid works mostly fine except for some achievements probably.
