Mists of Pandaria PTR & Fixes & Dungeons?

So.. for last couple of days there we're some fixes made for Pandaria,or well they are made but not live. So my question is why are they not live yet?
Should they be live instantly after the fix was made on Mists or after a server reset? if so when is planned server reset to bring those fixes into action?
And also.. Any ETA for Dungeons on PTR? I mean its kinda boring there atm.
Those who finished leveling got nothing to do now expect daily quests or farming BoE's for themselves or guildies.
And final thing.. What happend with Zohl?
Hopefully I'll get a fast respond on this. Thanks in advance

Class fixes are not live instantly after next restart, usualy it takes a couple of hours - a day maximum for them to be live. Dungeons will be live soon. No ETA unfortunately.

Fixes going really slow, we will see working mop in 2 months or more in this case.
