Anyone know the best zones for mining. Especially Mithril ore.

you can check out the object finder on freakz - mithril deposit. https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=2040&&name=mithril-deposit
most deposits are in thousand needles but most of them are under water. Your best option is Burning Steppes or Badlands.

As your question is already answered I can only add that we have a full database for npc's, items, gameobjects and everything you might need in the future.
