Mmr dropping

So i have few chars with like 2600 mmr and they are without team, i would like to get at least 1.9k just so i can get ques. So wanted to ask if dropping MMR is bannable or not.

from what i know they are not bannable.. there a few macros to help out dropping mmr (like avoiding arena queues) .. check google for more details
