Bug description: when you got the grain and go to the cart nothing happens

This quest is still bugged. There are cooking recipes in this chain quest

1) Sack of grain should be dropped on a marked location with a small cloud on the ground.
2) They should stack like a pillar on your arms when you have quest item active.
3) You will drop all your carried grain if you mount or get hurt
In case i understood it bad check this video to see how it should work
