MoP connection and char guide

Hi guys. i have a question to the devs, and am posting it here since i believe it is a good suggestion. please post the new connection details, ergo the MoP ones, so that we can actually get to help testing and reporting bugs? i personally played on a different server and because of that the login details are all screwy now. Please post a thread to get us the complete connection guide? it will help plenty of players, and new people wanting to migrate here directly to MoP. i have met quite a few people wanting to do so, but they (and I) are stuck on the login page. I dunno if i am being stupid or something, so some clarity would be appreciated?
Oh and is it possible for us to migrate cross realms? i have 2 85 toons i cant use now coz i (derp move, i know) deleted cata before the change.
