[FIXED] [Monk][All Specs][Spell] Healing Sphere

WoW Freakz spell link: Healing Sphere
Bug description: When the sphere expires, nothing happens. Should give a 50% heal to a random ally within 6 yards.

Adding more bugs related to Healing Sphere:

1. The range of the spheres is too small. For example, if I sit right at the edge of the green circle (see video) it should heal me, but that doesn't happen. For the same reason, it's quite difficult to heal a moving target with healing spheres because you'd have to place it right under him or right in front of him.

2. There should be a buff on you that says how many healing spheres you currently have active (not counting the ones from Mastery)

3. Players and pets already at full HP shouldn't be able to pick up spheres.

4. Enemy Monk's healing spheres should be colored in red so that you can differentiate them in PvP.

First I heal myself with no gear - 13k healing
Then after I equip my gear, the first sphere heals for 33k BEFORE proccing the trinket.
After the trinket procs, it heals 34k.
After I remove the buff, it heals 39k. And it will continue to heal 39k until the trinket procs again and it will heal 34k as long as i have the proc. If i remove all of my gear and then re-equip it, it will heal 33k until the trinket procs.

Made a general fix, more spells (not sure if all, there are various mechanisms, I fixed two of them) should now be correctly colored for PvP situations
