[FIXED] [Monk][All] Transcendence few bugs

Bug description:

1. Object shares same coordinates as player in PvP setting. Works fine in open world.
2. Doesn't allow to put portal before the PvP actually starts.
3. Transfer spell should be greyed out and not marked as usable if the players isn't in 40 yard rage of the Spirit.

Proof:
1. Freakz demonstration:
00:00-00:20 where it calculate distance accordingly to the range diference between two objects.
02:00 -02:16 shares same coordinates with player therefore calculates distance as constant 0.
