[Monk][Brewmaster][Talent] Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger taunting Raid Bosses

Bug description: @ Brewmaster - Xuen shouldn't taunt Raid Bosses at all. If a Brewmaster Monk uses Xuen, the boss will immediately ignore the current tank and it will switch to Xuen. This issue could cause pretty many raid wipes since the boss will change the position to face Xuen.

It doesn't taunt bosses, but some "bosses" in few raids (toes mainly) aren't categorised as bosses. Both tsulong and lei-shi are categorised as elites 93lvl.

Yeah, i wanted to mention them. Good point! Well, then, it's a PVE related issue not a class / spell one.

And even then you can just right click xuens provoke on pet bar to turn it off. Xuen can't die from 1-2hits (at least for me).

The pet bar is stuck, you can't change anything that's related to it. Yes, you can uncheck Provoke and stop it from being used as AUTO, but the next time when you'll recall Xuen, Provoke will still be on auto.

Regarding the damage, it dies from 2-3 hits, depends on which spell ( s ) the boss uses when Xuen taunted him.
