[Monk][Brewmaster] Zen Pilgrimage

Bug description: The zen pilgirmage isnt working properly on his second use. Normally you should use it once to get to the monk class hall and the second time to get back to the the location you came from. But since BFA you cant reuse it anymore, also it has a 40secound cd which is also not right (i think? in legion you could reuse it instantly). And after the spell is ready you can use it and nothing happens (he casts it but you stay where you are).
