Bug description: The interaction of this three can make [Enveloping mist] something broken. If you cast [Thunder Focus Tea] having [Focused Thunder] you can cast as many time as you want [Enveloping Mist] without consuming a charge of [Thunder Focus Tea] making [Enveloing mist] Infinite until the buff is gone.
