Bug description: Healing Spheres spell does nothing and the spheres never appear after casting. They do not show up in open world, BGs, or Arena

Confirmed, they do not appear, and once they do 30-50 seconds has elapsed after placing them. Not a visual bug either as you cant heal from them after placing them either.
