[Monk] [Roll] Casting while in Roll

Bug description: When you roll, you can spam any casting spell at same frame and you will get a roll and cast off. Won't work if you have any movement imput before rolling, so if you are moving to t he right and rolling to the right the cast won't go off. Lowering framerate can help you getting this bug out. It is pretty OP bug.

You can see on the addon that the imput was first Roll than Effuse. It works for any casting spell such as Enveloping mists, doesn't work on a channel spell. Pretty sure some nifty players can make a macro getting you to have 100% chance of getting the frame perfect cast on roll.
