[Monk][Spell] Fortifying Brew - Behavior ( Health after it expires )

Bug description: The monk should lose the HP gained from Fortifying Brew after the buff wears off.

At 5:45, the monk uses Fortifying Brew - > he gets from 117k HP to 209k, then, at 6:06 when the buff goes off, his HP drops from 358k to 264k.

The spell should have exactly the Rallying Cry mechanic.
