Bug description: The orbs disappear and stop spawn if you change region (land), so for example if you are in Suramar and move to Stormheim, the orbs disappear.

It is not so important to repair it quickly, but it is so annoying while doing WQs...

Confirmed, and they dont respawn no matter how long you wait, my suggestion is using another talent other than Chi Orbit, because its an actual DPS loss if you use this talent eitherway.
