Bug description: Upon testing the past hour i've come to the conclussion it is not 15% , also you can deflect spells even if the enemy is NOT facing you.
Proof: Done some testing using mirror images spamming frostbolts

How it currently is:

Parry deflects spells -> Should only deflect 5% of the spells, unless he gets stacks. In a pure caster vs monk fight, the monk shouldn't get any stacks, since you only generate them when you recieve melee attacks. So even if you let them generate stacks, it should be 15% and its currently atleast 30-35%.
Parry works while stunned -> Shouldn't work during stuns


This is game breaking and should be fixed asap.

Can't confirm, spell works ok: chance is 15% (showing 2-3 random screenshots with one deflect after another is useless): I checked / displayed logs, chance is exactly 15%

And here are some proofs, I added a debug log to show me what happens internally:
- 1 stack, 5% chance
- 3 stacks, 15% chance
- being behind, no deflect at all
The chance you see in the chat is the chance the core sees/uses, there are no other "hidden"/whatever chances

I dont wanna be against u, but i dont think its ok. From my view it deflects abit more. for 15% i deflect so much
