[Monk][Windwalker] Touch of Karma Damage DoT

Bug description: If a player does damage to a monk that uses Touch of Karma, the damage DoT ticks will tick way faster than they should, thus' resulting in the damage to grow way more than it should. Currently, this is the only server where Touch of Karma does almost double the damage that it does on Retail / other servers.

( 1:41 - The monk uses Touch of Karma, while the feral has 2 Rakes on him ( from the treants ), also, the Rakes snapshot the druid's Tiger's Fury / Synapse Springs / Prideful Gladiator's Insignia of Conquest & 1 Dancing Steel and we can notice that Karma hits the druid for: 3,374 - 4,276 - 4,349 - 4,370 ~. If we reproduce the same situation on Freakz ( with 2 Full Prideful Players ), we will see that Touch of Karma will grow from 4-5k damage to an astonishing 10 / 15k damage, from just 2 simple temporary pet dots. )
