[Multiple] Basic Attack with Wands

Bug description:
1st: Basic attack with Wands only execute the animation but dont do any damage;
2nd: Dunno if its only warlock but damage increase (the one that appear near the weapon min-max dmg) dont affect Ranged Damage
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/FKhGK 1st image is about no damage dealt, 2nd image is about Damage increase (current spec demonology, meaning that mastery gives global dmg)

the actual spell is https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=5019&&name=shoot and should be able to use it when holding a wand in your MH. This is an ranged attack for mage/priest/warlock.
