Bug description: sometimes when you use intimidating shout players start walking in their place without being able to attack them and when intimidating shout debuff ends they get teleported to the first position where they got feared first, this bug also happens for warlocks fear maybe investigate that too
Proof: this bug happens one thing i noticed is that it happens when the target is moving so make sure to use it on a moving target to easily reactivate the bug

i think they are running around, but their position on the map does not upgrade during the fear only at the end and this is why you are getting the teleportation effect. It is like this since mop on freakz and it needs a fix

And it's annoyng that you can't hit the target if he has fear , you need to find the correct position of the caracter to melle attack him .
