WoW Freakz spell link: The hit cap is not working properly for casters
Bug description: And I'm not just saying about expertise not being taken into account but even with 15% hit chance from hit rating, you may still miss with your spells

Unfortunately that proof is not enough, we don't know what buffs/debuffs you or the target had (maybe something to increase/decrease hit chance)

Here is a much better test I made proving hit chance works correctly with 2500 spell casts on a PvE raid boss:

Hit capped (15.28% hit chance, 0% miss chance):

Not hit capped (14.69% hit chance, 0.31% miss chance)

Works perfectly

I think this bug report was made before you fixed hit cap, tho' I'm not sure.

L.E.: Nvm, the fix was on 20.05. Maybe it wasn't live when he tested it Thinking
