Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Toate efectele respective,gen Waylay,Frost Fever,Infected Wounds s.a.m.d. se stackeaza la un loc.Adica mai exact problema este in felul urmator. Daca Primesti debuff-ul de reduce attack time de la DK,nu ar trebui sa il primesti si pe cel de la feral in acelasi timp(adica ma refer la faptul ca nu ar trebui sa se adune aman2 si in loc sa primesti doar 20% de la unu,primesti 40% adunat ca ai aman2 pe tine). Ar trebui luat in considerare fix ca la Slow effects,adica Cel mare sa aiba prioritate,iar in caz ca debuff-ele dau acelasi reduce cast time,sa se anuleze primul si sa fie pe target doar ultimul aplicat(cand va fii aplicat acel ''ultimul'')

Bugul este de prioritate maxima atata timp cat se stackeaza toate acestea,debalanseaza grav pvp-ul in felul asta,daca de exemplu dai la 3v3 de Rogue/Dk+feral, iti poti lua adio de la ''a casta ceva'' (aici in cazul la hunters),cat si la melles referitor la attack speed nu la cast.

AFECTEAZA TOATE CLASELE MELLE+ Hunters,automat toate acestea sunt dezavantajate vs un combo ce pot stacka 2 sau mai multe dintre aceste debuffs.


Also,topicul nu are nicio legatura cu CASTERS,e strict despre Melle/ranged attack speed/cast(cast fiind vorba doar de hunter).

This bug is literally retarded. Bugs such this one should be getting fixed in days.... and I'm sayin that cuz I know it will take maybe at least a week for it to get in Confirmed and then another month or 2 to get fixed (that's the good scenario).

Asta e alta mancare de peste,e postat si bugul asta,este la confirmed deja dar nu are legatura cu ce am postat eu.Tu te referi strict la slows,eu ma refer la total altceva.
