Mythic + Legendary drop

Bug description: I did over 100 m+ not a single legendary droped. Once i started doign Mythic0 i got a legendary instanly after 3rd dungeon.
And there goes this bugg ;
U can spam non stop 1 mythic 0 dungeon for Legendary.Like i did 4 same dungeons with my friends for weekly quest. at 4th dungeon we killed last boss he got legendary from saved boss. How is this possibile?

Please stop making up bugs. There is no problem with legendary drop system
