PS: Please check the WoW Freakz link and you will see that this NPC doesn't start any quest as is should. Before reject please read the content of the bug report. I spent some time to post it and try it in-game as well.

Hello , I rejected your post cause you didn't post any photo ingame of the NPC , but before i need to ask you have you did the previous quest so you can reach this npc to start the new quests ?
