[Nazmir] Poisoning the Brood - Quest showing when it shouldn't.

Character name: Rekawhunter

Bug description: I had this "!" quest sign on the map for a long time without previously accepting anything. I did try to get to the "!" but nothing/no one was there.
Eventually I realised, with some help from global chat, that I had to go on the "quest map table" in Zuldazar > Dazar'alor. After selecting to help Princess Talani's Expedition to Nazmir I did get a quest line that eventually got me there.
Also as you can see on the screenshot below, the quest is available as soon as I "unlock" the NPC, however it seems that it should be the last quest on that particular NPC.

Also, I wasn't able to get the .gps command working.
