Need levelling help pls

Hi guys.

Im sure this has been discussed before, and yes I have seen the level quests guide on offer here on the forum. Problem is, it doesnt help me because I cannot even get the Dalaran or the Broken Isles to get the starting quests. Im seriously needing some help please. Currently on level 100, I dont have a portal to Dalaran in the Cleft of Shadows, I dont recall getting a quest to go to the Broken Isles or anything like that. NOt looking for a hand out or a boost, I am more than happy to do whatever questing I need to do to get my toon to level 110.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
