Bug Num. 1 description:
This achievement cannot be obtained becouse there is a bugged quest that lock "The consortium" storyline. Quest reported here.

Proof:



Bug Num. 2 description:
"The Violet Tower" storyline cannot be obtained becouse after completing all the quests required, you not get the credit.
