Normally i should be able to grant more than one stack of this ability simple by casting spells, it worked like that before, like 2 weeks ago. Now i can't go beyond 1 stack no matter what i do, tested in around 30 dungeons and in raid. Only night fae ability can increase stack by 12 but once they dissapear im stuck at 1. Its not rng, spamming spells didn't help neither, its always stuck at one.
