Ninja Looting

This is a suggestion regarding ninja looters:
1. Remove/delete the item that was ninja looted.
2.Ban the player if he does it multiple times.

This mostly stands to how much the player pays attention when the loot goes by.Of course recording can't be done by some players but everyone can take screenshots when the rules of the loot are said,the chat before sending the loot,the moment when the loot is sent(if it's sent) and the moment after.I got scammed a few times but proof(DETAILED proof) needs to be braught so something can be done about it.
At the moment is up to the player to not get scammed.

That's exactly what i'm trying to say, you bring proofs(screensshots) and a gm will take a decision just like on retail, i know this wount stop ninjas but at least it would be a start.

Idk if the master loot is available or not cause the reason for player can abuse the master loot so he/she can ninja loot item. If it not then that good and ninja looter is another seriously problem.

Lately ninja looting is not a problem to consider. The problem is when a semi-guild run makes a raid and persons from the guild "Need" on an item for his guild mate although they didn't state that they are boosting a friend or something like that.
So for short i'l give you an example : You join a ToT 10m normal raid composed from 6 guild members and 4 pug raiders. The first boss is killed and you (let's say you are a rogue) and a hunter from the guild making the raid need the trinket from it. The loot is Group Loot. His entire guild will need on the trinket and thus having a greater chance to get it for the hunter. So you confrunt the leader and after you are told by the guild members that they don't care and etc, you leave the raid with cooldown, withouth the trinket and if you say on global chat : guild "X" ninja looted no one cares.

This issue affects more people on the server becouse not everyone can raid with their guild or they don't have the experience/gear to join a guild (yes there are people that are in that situation).

So in the end, it would be a good ideea to punish ninja looters but something should be done by these groups that indirectly ninja loot.

This is just my opinion. Ninja looting is rare. A group needing for an item is more common than you think.

Currently there are no punishments for ninja looters.

Try doing raids with a raiding guild to avoid such loot problems.
