Nitro Boost

Bug description: Hello there , i have trained Engineering as my first profession mostly for some facilities it provides , and one of them is Nitro Boost , but the problem is 9 out of 10 times when i use it and get the speed benefit , it gets gray and it cant be used as long as half an hour or even longer , the only way im able to use it again is when i relog to the game or some times through teleporting some where that needs loading screen . as nitro boost has a shared global cooldown with the prolonged potion also . for example at the start of a Mythic dungeons if i want to get some speed through nitro boost so i could reach the destination sooner where we pull all adds and aoe them down , most of the time Nitro boost and prolonged potion gets gray and im not able to use neither of them till the end of the dungeon . same situation in BG , if i use nitro boost one time i cant use it till the end of that bg , even it takes 20 minutes , please fix this tnx

Can confirm this bug. You need to relog to reset his cooldown.
Furthermore, when you relog it's reset immediatamente.
