No Addon Option on Character Selection Screen

I re-downloaded the WoWFreakz client for the 3rd time but I still don't have an 'Addons' option on the bottom left of the character select screen and I don't understand why.

Have scoured the forum and Googled the problem, but haven't been able to find any mention of it (unless I'm not asking the right question, but what's the right question if you don't know what it is?).

I think this game hates me

I thinks that because you got no addons at all, maybe i am wrong.

I downloaded Postal and gUI from WoW-Freakz and put them in the Interface>Addons folder,.

Thing is, there should still be an Addon button on the character selection screen - I can't think of any reason why it hasn't appeared in the 3 times I've wiped everything and re-downloaded.

Please make a SS of your addons folder and upload it via imgur.com, would you?

You can also try to delete the Addons folder , it will make a new one then quit the game ( dont alt+f4 ) , grab your addons that you downloaded and put them in the addon folder , launch the game and see if it works.

@Ashcool - for some reason, nothing happens when I try to take a screenshot of everything in the adddons folder, but it contains all the usual Blizzard Addons, plus gUI and Postal that I'd downloaded.

@Orga - I did as you suggested, but the only thing to change was that I'm now back to getting the Blizzard UI error messages when I hit the escape key - which is originally why I had to delete everything and re-download all over again for a third time (that, plus I couldn't add glyphs, was getting the same error messages):

Ok this is a bit of an odd way of doing it, but the only way I could get a screenshot was to use the Windows Snipping Tool and upload it to Imgur:

Please try to do the following:
- Check your game folder for the Interface folder which contains the ADDONS folder. If you don't have it, then create them.
- Donwload the Blizzard Addons CLICK HERE
- Thake the archive which you downloaded and paste the contents in the Addons folder.
- Last step - delete your WTF folder now.

Then try logging in the game.

Thank you very much, Ventress90 - that solved the UI error messages, but I still don't have the Addon selection option on the character selection screen, so I'm still not able to 'load out-of-date addons'.

I adore this server and I'm stubborn enough not to give up trying to figure this out.

The reason you don't have the "Load out of date" option is that most likely your addons are up-to-date. But I'm just guessing there...

Postal and gUI don't load so I'm assuming they're out of date and need to be loaded via the addons option, which I don't have.

*Edit: on second thought, they wouldn't be out of date for MoP, so they should load, but none of the addons I've downloaded will load so there must be something causing the problem.

Command lines to bring addons up in-game don't work either (for example /gui).

Can you tell what addons you are using and their versions you have downloaded ? you might have downloaded wrong version of addons
