No groups for 85 dungeons?

Hello everyone.

I just started on the server a few days ago, and have just reached lvl 85. I have now tried to find groups for dungeons, so i can start gearing up. However, in the 2 days i have been looking, i havent found 1 single group for 85 dungeons, nor have i seen anyone else looking for a group. Since the LFG-system isnt working, my question is: How the hell do you guys gear up your chars? Do you all just pay for a full set of gear, or am i missing something here?

Try to enter into a guild mate, it is easyer to join with a guild group.
If you don't fancy being in a guild thou you can always spam a bit of /trade channel and /say in the major cities such as Orgrimmar for Horde and Stormwind for Alliance

No one looks at /trade channel. Either /join Global and spam that or /yell in the capital city.

Anyway, the gearing process goes something like this:

1. Farm reputation and mobs for blues/epics.
2. Start doing Tol Barad daily quests for gold, and maybe even a trinket if you get enough points.
3. Find someone with a profession that you need for your class, like a Blacksmither for a paladin/warrior (plate gear)
4. Buy the full Vicious set from him.
5. Farm some more gold and buy neck and rings from a Jewelcrafter.
6. Farm even more gold for some trinkets maybe.
7. Start spamming Global chat for an End Time group or find a very generous leader for it. Most (dumb) people look for at least 380 ilvl to enter, but tbh, that's too damn high!
8. You're now ready to enter an End Time dungeon and farm Justice and Valor points (daily quest).

Skip steps 1, 2, 4&5 (the paying part) and 7 if you're in a good guild or at least has some good guildies.

Maybe a guild is the way to go. I did look in both trade and global chat, and as i said, didnt get a single response or see any other group for 2 days, so i thought i might have overlooked something obvious, but i guess not.
Im currently doing the naked-bg thing, the 8 step process seems legit, but it just sounds so incredibly boring.

It is incredibly boring and slow, but there's no other faster way to gear up the normal way. If you want to be faster, either vote for 359 ilvl items or donate for higher ones.

gearing..

1: dont do tol borad bullshit for gold or gear
2: level some proffs [preferably make an alt dk for the mining and/or herb and/or skinning, unless u plan to go tailor/enchant]
3: get in friendly active guild. by active, i don't mean they raid all the time, just that they chat with each other a lot n help each other.
4: get full vicious gear/offset from guild members.
5: borrow 30k or so from someone to get started making gold with ur proffs added in with any leftover mats u may have [ur lowbie mats sell too]
6: u'll net a lot of gold, use that to buy epics, plan which items u'll buy so u know which items not to buy with honor
7: use ur vicious gear n stuff to farm honor in bg's for pve gear
8: do guild runs in wherever.. hell if i know.. i don't pve

once u get urself going, u can help out some guildies with ur proffs, or donate to guild bank or whatever, just so u dont have to feel like a mooch.
